Pregnancy after fusion

My husband and I are ready to have another child and I'm terrified of the consequences. I am about 17 mos post op and still have pain daily. Just moving my arms around to wash the dishes flares the pain and spasms. I'm really worried about the weight addition. Has anyone gone through pregnancy after a cervical fusion?
I appreciate your advice
